"Our family of four stayed here for a singular night while pivoting to the close of a spring holiday in Spain. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the main train hub (Puerta de Atocha) in Madrid, and within a fairly quiet neighborhood with good dining options. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful; and, the rooms were clean and generously sized. We had no complaints."

"The staff is superb. Jenny, the first floor room keeper, Mar, the counter manager, and the counter staff Andrea are very professional, super friendly and very helpful. The hotel is in a great location, we were able to walk to town center, museums, the palace, and the old town. There's plenty to do and to eat. It's a short Uber ride to the airport. I will definitely stay there again."

"Great location! Great service! If youre traveling in from the airport, its very easy to get to via train or bus. Atocha train station is steps away (even had time to sprint back for a forgotten item) for any high speed train trips or metro rides."
